Bangalore: People with mild to moderate Covid infections do not have to wait until the bed is allocated by BBMP’s war rooms to be admitted to Covid care centers. It is possible to join care centers (via walk-in) directly without a reservation process.
BBMP operates 1635 bed capacity 11 Covid care centers, providing simultaneous treatment for the infected. These centers can enroll directly for treatment without any reservation process.
The Covid care centers in the city are installed on the Central Hospital Bed Management System portal and can be booked online. Otherwise, they can go to the care center and get treatment. The medical staff at the Triaz Center, which is in the care center, will inspect and document the health of the infected.
Nodal officers have also been assigned to 11 Covid care centers managed by the police. Every center has a telephone number set up and operated 24 hours a day. General and infected people can find information at the Covid Care Center’s helpline at 080-22493200 or 080-22493201.

Notice to recruit required personnel for Triaz Centers
Bengaluru: Ensure that the Triage Centers at Covid Care Care Center have adequate physicians, paramedics, and staff to ensure that they work adequately. BBMP Chief Commissioner Gaurav Gupta instructed the relevant authorities.
On Wednesday, he visited the Triaz Center and the 20-bed oxygen concentrator facility at the Government Medical and Technical College’s Boys’ Hostel. .
He visited the health center in Vidyapeeth, where he received information on the number of infected persons, the number of primary contacts, and the measures taken to track those in home isolation. The officers were instructed to “give the drug kit to the caregivers at home and watch out for them.”
He also inspected the Maternity Hospital Stabilization and Triaging Center at Wilson Garden, saying: “So far 47 people have been treated. There has been widespread publicity and intensification of the triaging system to treat more people, ”he told reporters.
He visited Agadi Nursing Home and received information about the treatment and oxygen supply. Rajendra Cholan, special commissioner of the health department of law, LA Raisubramanya, legislator Dr. Vijendra, Chief of Staff Shivakumar was present.
