Bengaluru: Supreme Court has issued guidelines for the quick disposal of criminal cases and ordered all the High Court to implement them within six months.
All High Courts, Central, and State Governments should seek the implementation of a new Guideline to address current shortcomings in the criminal justice system The Supreme Court has directed that the police act be amended by the coordination of the government and that action be taken to implement the strict guidelines as soon as possible.
